RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Novelle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used baby care products

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Novelle is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

Exchanges

At this time, Novelle does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank for additional information.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
