All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Novelle is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error is discovered, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Novelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final delivery

International Duties and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
